GlobalStream Corporation is pleased to announce the release of UsenetCD 
Windows Edition, the first of a series of CD ROMs containing fully-indexed 
articles from newsgroups on the Internet.  UsenetCD Windows Edition contains
thousands of articles from the comp.os.ms-windows newsgroups along with a 
Microsoft Windows-based viewer that provides full-text searching and
printing capabilities.

* No setup required.  UsenetCD can be run right from your CD ROM.  An INI
  file is automatically created for UsenetCD on your local hard drive, but
  no other files are copied.

* Advanced searching capabilities.  AND, OR, NEAR and other operations can
  be included in search queries.  Searches can be restricted only to
  certain newsgroups.

* View articles in thread order.  UsenetCD has a complete thread diagram 
  for articles in each newsgroup.

* Versatile printing capabilities.  Print a single article, or mark a 
  series of articles for printing.

A demonstration version of this product has been uploaded to 
ftp.cica.indiana.edu with the filename UCDWDEMO.ZIP.  This demonstration 
version has about three hundred messages and is fully functional. 
Presumably, this will end up in the /pub/pc/win3/demo directory.

UsenetCD Windows Edition is available now for $29.95 plus shipping and 
handling for a single issue, and $99.95 plus shipping and handling for a 
one-year subscription (four issues).  Educational and multiple unit
